Grins Kneipp Facility
A Kneipp facility that is fed by a separate spring is located at the eastern edge of Grins, directly at the Grins – Stanz hiking trail.

Zams Kneipp Facility
In the entrance area of Tirol’s mystic gorge – Zammer Lochputz gorge is a large Kneipp pool. The facility can be used for free during the opening times of Zammer Lochputz gorge.

”Altes Wildbad”, New Alberquelle Spring Grins
A 45-minute hike along a comfortable trail leads to the so-called “Alte Wildbad” above Grins. The magnesia-calcium-sulphate spring bubbling up from the earth there has been newly enclosed. The mystic “Schellenloch” tells visitors of the origins of the Grins healing and spa water.

Mineral Spring Fountain in Grins
At the village fountain in front of the Grins local authority everyone can taste the healing water. A drinking cure with this mineral water helps to ease chronic liver and biliary tract diseases, constipation, gout and different skin diseases.
