Grins Kneipp facility
”Altes Wildbad” spring, “Neue Alberquelle” spring in Grins
Above Grins a relaxed hiking trail leads to the so-called “Alte Wildbad”. The magnesia-calcium-sulphate spring that bubbles out of the earth there has recently been newly enclosed. The mystic “Schellenloch” tells visitors of the origin of the Grins mineral and spa water.
Mineral Spring Fountain of Grins
At the village fountain in front of the local authority the spring water of the old “Wildbad” spring is available for everyone. A drinking cure with this water helps to ease liver and biliary tract diseases and has positive effects on constipation, gout and various skin diseases.
Grins Kneipp Facility
Kneipping is the most natural form of wellness. Kneipping is about taking time, letting go and reconsidering one’s way of life.
A Kneipp facility is located at the eastern edge of Grins, directly on the hiking trails between Grins and Stanz. It is fed by a separate spring. Panels show how it is used properly. Access to the facilty is free.
Another Kneipp facility is located in Zammer Lochputz gorge in Zams. The facility is freely accessible during the opening times of the gorge.
