Long-Distance Hiking Trails

The TirolWest holiday region is starting point and stage destination of 6 famous long-distance hiking trails of the Alps: Eagle Walk, E5 hiking trail, Lechtal high-altitude trail, Route of St. James, Via Alpina and Via Claudia Augusta.

Kaunergrat Nature Park

Kaunergrat nature park is amidst the Pitztal valley and the Kaunertal valley. A varied program is offered around the nature park building at Gachenblick in Fliess.

Alpine Club Huts

The four Alpine Club Huts – Augsburger hut, Memmeinger hut, Steinsee hut and Württemberger Haus – are located amidst the impressive Lechtal Alps. They are important bases for alpinists.
