Nature park community of Fließ

Fließ is located in the middle of the Alps on the Via Claudia Augusta in the border triangle Austria-Switzerland-Italy. The widely branched village is picturesquely situated on a sunny slope and is the heart of the nature park Kaunergrat.

On the streets of the ancient Romans

The small town is located on the 2000 year old Roman road Via Claudia Augusta. Finds of the ancient road are exhibited in the Documentation Center and the Archaeological Museum in Fliess.

The flora and fauna, the numerous cultural features and the archeology that can be experienced here offer a lot of variety. In winter, the Venet family ski area can be reached comfortably with the Venet-Süd chair lift. In summer you can experience the beauties of the Kaunergrat Nature Park and relax while hiking and cycling in a unique mountain world. Fliess is always worth a trip.
